Apple wine and cider

In recent years, cider has undergone a rapid renaissance.

To better understand what we are talking about, we use apple juice when it contains no alcohol and sweet juice if it contains only a little alcohol.

Cidre or apple cider is a type of sparkling wine which is a sparkling variant of German “apple wine”.

The juice you make yourself not only tastes better than bought, it is also of higher quality.

You do not necessarily have to be a large winery to be able to make wine yourself.
